Located in the lobby at Breathe, the cozy "shed" is a dry salt (halotherapy) session. More intensive than our Salt Room due to a smaller cabin space, it is large enough for 2 adults. Find relief from allergies, sore throat, cough, and stuffy nos. Safe for children 1-month and older. Walk-in only, no appointment necessary.

Whether it's a birthday, a wellness gathering, or any special occasion, our private party room is the perfect space for your event. With comfortable seating and a serene atmosphere, your guests can unwind, mingle, and enjoy the beach-themed ambiance and salt-infused air. You can rent our party room with or without our wellness services included!

I'm Peggy.
Though my 27-year career as a massage therapist at Balance Massage and Wellness, I've had the honor of helping members of our community feel their best. I've personally seen the transformative power of holistic healing, and the quality of life improvements of my clients as we relieved their pain and focused on helping them feel their absolute best.
However, when I discovered the incredible possibilities with halotherapy, I felt drawn to make a shift and open a space where our community could come experience enhanced respiratory health, reduced stress, and overall improvements to their well-being.
