What is infrared? The infrared spectrum is the
invisible light with frequencies
below that of the red light.
The infrared spectrum is
between 700 nm to 0.1 mm in
wavelength, which can be
divided into near, mid, and far
infrared spectrum. The longer
the wavelength, the lower the
frequency and the further the
light can penetrate deep into
human tissues. In addition, the
760 – 895 nm range of
infrared light can stimulate the
mitochondria function, which
can increase metabolism,
improve tissue repair, and
reduce inflammation.
Our infrared halo saunas warm your body instead of warming the air. Infrared easily penetrates human tissue providing many benefits, such as improved circulation, better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, joint pain, clear and tighter skin, helps for chronic fatigue syndrome, and mental well-being.
Each sauna is equipped with the halotherapy (dry salt) which is dispersed into the cabin—until the temperature reaches 104°, then salt shuts off. But you don't have to have a hot sauna to garner many benefits. Only if you choose a hot sauna, then the temperature will rise to about 130°. You breathe less salt during the hot session, but gain the added benefit of sweat detox.
The pharmaceutical grade salt is ground fine by a Halogenerator which allows the particles to be breathed deep into the sinuses and lungs for respiratory well-being. Salt is beneficial for skin health, too. It naturally triggers skin microcirculation and membrane activity— enhancing the protective and reparative properties. Salt is anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory. Salt is great for athletic performance. It expands the airways for increased lung functions and capacity, increases oxygen saturation and exchange, and helps with muscle endurance and recovery.
The saunas are also equipped with medical-grade Chromotherapy Lights. Chart provided in your session so you can choose which color(s). Chromotherapy provides
colors to the electromagnetic
body or the aura (energy
field) around the body, which
in turn transfers energy to the
physical body.
Color has been used to treat
all kinds of medical
conditions since ancient
times and dates back to
ancient Egypt, India, China,
and the Mayan culture. Now,
the medical benefits of color
light therapy are being
investigated and
implemented in major
hospitals and medical
research centers worldwide. Our medical grade chromotherapy ceiling light uses
96 LED lights with an array of 12 colors – red, green,
strong blue, orange, green, blue, strong yellow,
strong indigo, strong pink, yellow, indigo, and violet.
Every color, each with its own frequency, is an
energy wave. When applied to the human body,
light will provide all deficient energies since every
color is associated with a quantity of energy.
